Orders Ship Within 1 Business Day
Merchandise on our website ships from our distribution center, or from different locations. Multiple item orders may not ship from the same location, and could arrive separately. Orders shipping in the Continental United States should be received within 5-8 business days, unless 1-2 Day Upgrade or 3-4 Day Upgrade are selected. For those RUSH delivery orders, we recommend calling 1-800-992-7427 by 11:00 am EST weekdays if the order needs to ship the same day. Otherwise, all RUSH orders placed online will ship the next business day. This excludes Drop Ship items that state the approximate shipping time in the description of each item. We ship our products USPS. International orders may take longer, depending on the distance, location and carrier.

Shipping Tobacco to Canada or the UK
Canada Customs could seize any shipment if it contains over 1,000g of tobacco or 250 cigars. Therefore, any order placed for more than 2.2 lbs of tobacco or 250 cigars and being shipped to Canada will automatically be reduced to less than 2.2 lbs of tobacco or 250 cigars before being shipped out. It would be up to the customer to place another order if they would still like the remaining amount of their order. Also, customers are responsible for any customs fees charged for tobacco or cigars being imported into Canada or the UK.

All orders remain inside our computer until they are printed in our warehouse for our shippers to fill your order. Your credit card information is never printed on picking or shipping documents. By submitting your order to, you are certifying that you are of legal age (at least 21 years old) and are eligible to purchase, receive and/or consume tobacco or tobacco related products. We may ask for your date of birth or other proof of legal age during the order process for this same reason or if there is a question about your eligibility to purchase our products. An adult over the age of 21 must sign the acceptance of delivery for our tobacco products.

Easy Returns
If you’re not delighted with every item you purchase, you can be sure that your return or exchange will be handled quickly and fairly. General Warranty Information
If any non-tobacco product does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, you may return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days for a prompt refund, exchange or replacement.

Cigar Warranty
If you are not totally satisfied after smoking 2 cigars from any purchase of 25 or more cigars, simply return the remaining quantity for a full and prompt refund less shipping and handling charges.

Pipe Tobacco Warranty
If your tobacco is not delivered to you fresh - return it in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or replacement.
