Due to strict state laws, we cannot ship RYO cigarette tobacco to Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin or Canada residents. All other states have a 10 lb weight limit per order for RYO cigarette tobacco and must be shipped UPS. Therefore, we cannot ship RYO cigarette tobacco to PO Boxes and orders for this item have a maximum order quantity of 24. Also, a $5 per order processing fee will be added to the order after it is processed.
